MB Canvas — Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on non-customized items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized Orders All customized or personalized canvas prints are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Shipping MB Canvas pays for all return shipping on eligible items. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges We offer exchanges if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. We'll replace it at no additional cost and cover all shipping. Exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
