These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mbcanvas.com, including any purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “MB Canvas,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of mbcanvas.com. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or other user of the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or make a purchase.

You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Production

Most MB Canvas products are made to order after a purchase is submitted.

Products may include individual artwork, canvas prints, framed canvas, framed paper, metal prints, multi-panel artwork, display systems, and related items.

Because products are produced individually:

Minor variations may occur between units.
Exact positioning, crop, edge treatment, texture, and dimensions may differ slightly within normal production tolerances.
Multi-panel products may contain multiple separately manufactured pieces.
Products included in one order may be manufactured or shipped separately.

These normal production characteristics are not necessarily defects.

3. Artwork Appearance and Display

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, the appearance of artwork can vary depending on:

Screen calibration and brightness
Device settings
Room lighting
Print material
Surface texture
Finish
Product size
Frame selection
Manufacturing tolerances

Digital previews, room mockups, lifestyle images, scale illustrations, and product renderings are provided for visualization. They may not represent exact physical scale, color, texture, frame depth, or placement in every environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed dimensions and product specifications before ordering.

4. Multi-Panel Products and Installation

Multi-panel artwork and display systems may require measuring, spacing, leveling, mounting hardware, and installation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Installation is not included.
Wall hardware may vary based on product, wall construction, and installation method.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their wall, mounting surface, hardware, and installation method are suitable.
Dimensions describing an assembled display may depend on the spacing selected during installation.

MB Canvas is not responsible for wall damage, improper mounting, installation errors, incorrect spacing, injury, or property damage arising from installation or use.

Professional installation may be advisable for large, heavy, or multi-piece products.

5. Product Availability

Products, materials, sizes, finishes, frames, and configurations are subject to availability.

We may:

Limit quantities
Discontinue products or options
Correct product information
Restrict sales by customer, address, region, or jurisdiction
Refuse or cancel an order when fulfillment is unavailable or impracticable

Product availability displayed on the website is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product configurations, and availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are displayed at checkout when required.

Payment must be authorized before an order can enter production.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

7. Pricing, Description, and Technical Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors involving:

Product descriptions
Images
Dimensions
Variant selections
Discounts
Availability
Shipping charges
Taxes
Technical routing

If an order contains a material error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.

We are not required to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price caused by a typographical, technical, or system error.

8. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We may review an order for payment authorization, suspected fraud, product availability, technical errors, address issues, or fulfillment limitations.

We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment. If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has entered production or fulfillment.

Cancellation eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any cancellation rules displayed during checkout.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until MB Canvas provides written confirmation.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders may arrive in multiple packages or on different dates.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, applicable law may require us to obtain consent to a delay or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise. The FTC requires online merchants to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and to address delays appropriately.

11. Returns, Damage, and Defects

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipments, manufacturing defects, incorrect products, and lost packages are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Made-to-order status does not eliminate rights that customers may have concerning defective, damaged, misrepresented, or unfulfilled merchandise.

Massachusetts generally allows retailers to establish their own return policies for non-defective products when the policy is clearly disclosed, but defective merchandise remains subject to consumer protections.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value.
Promotions may be modified or ended at any time.
Promotional items may be limited by availability.
Returns involving bundles or free items may affect the refundable amount.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including artwork, product images, room imagery, graphics, layouts, branding, text, videos, product names, collection names, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MB Canvas and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial-use rights, digital rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork.

You may not, without prior written permission:

Copy or reproduce our artwork
Download or extract high-resolution assets
Create derivative products
Resell digital reproductions
Use artwork or imagery for commercial purposes
Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
Train or develop an artificial-intelligence model using our content
Scrape or systematically collect website assets or product data

Personal resale of a lawfully purchased physical product does not grant reproduction rights.

14. Customer Content and Communications

When you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant MB Canvas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted reviews and feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the business.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:
